Kansanmuisti.fi-service was developed by Kansan muisti ry which is a politically independent, non-profit organisation. The aim of Kansan muisti ry is to advance democracy in our society and its values are transparency and open data.
Kansanmuisti.fi-service was developed to make finding information about political decisions easier for the citizens. The idea behind the service was to make political decision-making more transparent so that Members of Parliament and the parties would fulfill their election promises more likely.
Kansanmuisti.fi is only available in Finnish.
